Position Our company is seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Marketer to manage the brand’s online presence and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms. This role is based in New York with an in-office schedule and one remote workday each week. Overview The Social Media Marketer will oversee content strategy, daily posting, community engagement, and the creation of short form video assets for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to produce clean, on brand presentations that follow established company color standards and design guidelines. Key Responsibilities • Plan, develop, and publish daily content for TikTok, Instagram, and other active platforms • Film, edit, and optimize short form video content for audience growth and retention • Track platform trends and recommend content angles that align with brand objectives • Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and visual style across all social channels • Research and secure relevant in person events and networking opportunities • Capture photos and video at live events for real time or scheduled posting • Create professional presentation materials that follow company color coding and branding regulations • Monitor analytics, track engagement, and prepare weekly performance reports • Engage with followers through comments and messages to support community development • Collaborate across teams to support marketing goals, product launches, and campaigns Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Parental leave • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
