THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to elevate how we tell the Audicus story, evolve our brand presence, and expand awareness across our direct-to-consumer, retail, and B2B/B2B2C channels. This is a high-impact role for a strategic and creative marketer ready to take the next step toward brand leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders across Marketing, Consumer/Retail, and B2B to build a cohesive brand engine that fuels growth and ensures our positioning, voice, and visual identity resonate consistently across every touchpoint. This role blends brand strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll lead initiatives that deepen trust, drive awareness, and generate demand—ensuring every campaign connects emotionally while delivering measurable business results. You’ll help shape the evolution of an already highly trusted brand and find new ways to distribute our story so Audicus remains top of mind for our target audiences. This is an ideal role for a marketer with a strong branding foundation who has built, owned, or scaled brand initiatives from zero to measurable success. You’re as comfortable working on strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves: whether that means launching landing pages, developing conference material, managing PR agencies, or optimizing paid awareness campaigns. You also bring a data-driven mindset to branding, connecting revenue and lead-generation KPIs to brand spend. RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy & Positioning Help evolve and define Audicus’ brand positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity to ensure clarity, differentiation, and emotional resonance. Partner with senior leadership to align brand direction with company strategy and go-to-market goals. Translate brand strategy into compelling storytelling that drives awareness and loyalty across consumer and B2B audiences. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications. Track and analyze brand health KPIs and connect brand investment to revenue metrics. Establish an ongoing process to collect and synthesize market, lead, and customer feedback to inform brand strategy. Brand-Led Awareness and Growth Initiatives Lead brand-led awareness campaigns that grow top-of-funnel engagement and strengthen brand equity. Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across digital experiences and the customer journey. Manage PR and media partners to amplify Audicus’ presence as a leader in hearing health. Contribute to brand budget planning and monitor resources to ensure they’re allocated efficiently across initiatives. Content Creation & Alignment Lead the creation of branded content (videos, blog content, customer stories, data-driven case studies, etc.) that builds credibility and drives both B2C and B2B demand Develop marketing materials for conferences, trade shows, and partner communications. Collaborate with CRM and performance marketing teams to infuse storytelling and brand voice across the full funnel. Use AI and creative automation tools to increase efficiency and scale content production. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 4–6 years of brand marketing experience within DTC, consumer tech, or healthcare/wellness. Early-stage tech experience (i.e. Series B or earlier), a plus Strong understanding of how to use storytelling, creative strategy, and digital experiences to build awareness and affinity. Skilled communicator and storyteller who can translate complex ideas into simple, inspiring narratives and full-funnel digital experiences. Excellent copywriting skills adaptable across channels and formats. Experience creating marketing collateral for sales enablement and product marketing, with proficiency in Canva or Figma; video experience a plus. Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to scale creative output and efficiency. Proven toolkit for making an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
