Our client is a luxury fashion direct-to-consumer retailer. Our client is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join the E-commerce/Marketing team. Salary/Hourly Rate $90k - $130k Position Overview This Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, management, and execution of paid media channels. The Paid Media Manager will have proven experience driving revenue growth via paid media channels. Responsibilities Of The Paid Media Manager • Develop and lead the overall strategy/roadmap across paid media channels (i.e., Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, and new channel testing) to support business goals. • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid media channels. • Monitor, measure, and optimize key KPIs. Utilize analytics and insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and ROI. • Set and manage paid media budget, daily/weekly budget pacing, KPIs, and forecasts based on performance - proactively identifying risks and opportunities. • Deliver performance reporting, highlight emerging trends, and resolve data inconsistencies to ensure accuracy and clarity. • Drive innovation, design, and execute ongoing test-and-learn agendas to improve performance across copy, creative, targeting, and timing across all channels. • Drive paid media creative strategy and testing roadmap in partnership with design, influencer producer, and HQ teams to maintain a steady stream of creative. • Discover, scope, and launch test channels. Set expectations, review performance, and ensure deliverables are met. Integrate successful channels into the overall roadmap. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (across Merchandize, E-commerce, CRM, Design, and Analytics) to maintain the needs of all paid media channels and support the wider omni-channel experience. • Support with Amazon Marketplace and Department store retailer networks. Required Experience/Skills for the Paid Media Manager: • 5+ years of DTC E-commerce marketing experience at a retailer. • Minimum of 2 years owning a paid channel strategy across digital channels, i.e., social, SEO, and advertising (i.e., Google/Bing). • Proven record in building and executing paid media strategies leading to significant growth. • Strong knowledge of media analytics and optimization best practices across channels and throughout the marketing funnel. • Strong analytical acumen and skillsets with the ability to interpret & translate data into actionable insights, testing, and presenting compelling strategic narratives. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively at all levels. • Possess an entrepreneurial and creative solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, continuously improve ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking into your work. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Paid Media Manager: • Offline experience, e.g., Linear/streaming TV or direct-mail experience, is preferred but not required. • Startup experience is strongly preferred but not required.
