🏢 About the Role A mission-driven performance marketing agency is hiring an Account Manager (AM) to support and grow partner relationships across the higher education and nonprofit sectors. This role is centered on owning day-to-day partner success - keeping campaigns on track, deliverables aligned and on time, and performance moving in the right direction. You’ll work closely with an Account Director (AD) on larger accounts, while independently owning partners as their primary point of contact. Their work blends sharp strategy, creative excellence, and data-driven execution to drive meaningful outcomes like enrollments, applications, inquiries, donations, or awareness. 🛠 What You’ll Do You’ll be the operational and relational backbone for your accounts, ensuring partners feel supported and internal teams stay aligned.
