3+ years legal or compliance admin experience at a law firm or financial services firm, bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.
Our client is a financial services firm in Greenwich, CT. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assist with proofreading presentations and documents • Apply edits to corporate documents as requested by attorneys • Set up conference calls and coordinate conference room reservations. • Manage bill and invoice processing, including coordinating approvals for the legal team and working directly with external billing teams. • Track and update attorney bar requirements and status to ensure compliance and accurate records. • Prepare and distribute documentation in advance of meetings involving the Legal department as appropriate Requirements: • 3+ years of legal and/or compliance admin experience at a law firm or financial services firm. • Bachelor's degree is required. • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The annual base salary range is $70k to $90k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
