Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred: healthcare, education, business, or related field). • Prior experience in academic operations, clinical placement coordination, or nursing education strongly preferred. • Understanding of healthcare onboarding workflows and student compliance processes. • Excellent organizational skills, communication ability, and problem-solving mindset. • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced academic setting. • Competence with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and data management tools. --- Atlas Search is a tri-state area recruitment agency, connecting new graduates, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians and Nurse Leaders to hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty groups, nursing homes, managed care companies, private practices, and healthcare start-ups.
