Full Description

Role: Technical Business Analyst Location: Dallas, TX (Remote with Occasional Travel) Domain: Asset Management or Equipment Finance Only W2/1099 Any visa is acceptable apart from OPT & H1B Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement system solutions that meet business objectives • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions • Support UAT coordination, system testing, and post-implementation support Required Qualifications: • years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment • Strong background in asset finance or equipment finance operations • Proven ability to create process flows, wireframes, and technical documentation • Experience with SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence tools • Excellent communication skills with ability to work across business and technical teams Preferred Skills: • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Familiarity with finance systems and lending platforms • Background in system integrations and API implementations
