Job Title: Financial Analyst Job Description As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for creating dashboards and models with monthly projections and comparing them to actuals. You will ensure data accuracy and completeness, identify trends and gaps, resolve disputes by collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations, and provide transparency into data calculations. You will also support system enhancements or new tool implementations, document processes, and recommend automation and continuous improvement opportunities. Responsibilities Create dashboards and models with monthly projections. Validate data inputs and reporting for accuracy and completeness. Identify trends and gaps in data. Investigate and resolve disputes by partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations. Provide transparency into calculations based on data. Support system enhancements or new tool implementations, including testing and validation. Document processes and recommend opportunities for automation. Perform other duties to support departmental and organizational goals. Essential Skills 1-3 years of data analysis experience or related analytical role. Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Business intelligence reporting experience using Power BI, with ability to create relational data models and interactive dashboards. Strong SQL and SSRS reporting capabilities. Data validation and reconciliation expertise. Systems and workflow testing skills. High attention to detail and ability to analyze large datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in testing and documenting workflows. Experience in supporting new tool implementations. Work Environment This is a remote position that requires availability to work east coast hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
