Intermediate level experience with strong administrative, executive support, calendar management, and communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and event coordination.
Description Provide proactive support to the CEO — manage calendars, emails, priorities, and follow-ups with discretion and care. Serve as the central hub for office communication, scheduling, and coordination. Support project and business operations: tracking deadlines, meetings, and deliverables across departments. Assist with HR and onboarding processes — helping ensure new hires experience our culture from day one. Coordinate internal events, team meetings, and culture initiatives that keep our workplace connected. Prepare and organize documentation, correspondence, and reports as needed. Handle general office management tasks (supplies, vendor coordination, process improvement). Anticipate needs — stay two steps ahead to create time and focus for leadership. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
