Full Description

Job Description: • Lead the technical team in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire Policy Center solutions. • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation and integration of Guidewire Claims Center. • Manage the customization and configuration of Guidewire Policy Center & Produce Engage to meet business requirements. • Work closely with business users, claims adjusters, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure the quality and performance of the Guidewire Claims Center through rigorous testing and validation processes. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire Policy Center/Producer Engage issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Guidewire Policy center and Producer Engage Implementation, Configuration, Integration, Custom Development and Testing Frameworks • 5+ years of Java / GOSU programming • 2+ years of Guidewire cloud or v10 experience • 3+ years of proven management experience in leading software development teams and managing projects • Guidewire ACE Certification in Claims Center • Familiarity with property and casualty insurance industry standards and practices • Experience in Agile or SAFe Agile methodologies and processes Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities
