Position Summary Our busy podiatry practice is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant with demonstrated clinical experience. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of patient care and professionalism. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities specific to foot and ankle care. Key Responsibilities • Assist the podiatrist with patient exams, foot and ankle procedures, wound care, and orthotic preparation • Update EMR documentation and prep treatment rooms • Perform clinical tasks such as patient intake, podiatry X-rays, and basic diagnostic support • Help with scheduling, phone triage, and front-office coordination as needed • Keep instruments clean and perform basic sterilization tasks • Manage inventory of medical and office supplies • Deliver excellent communication and service to patients, including education on foot and ankle conditions and treatment plans • Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required • Completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting • Proficiency with EMR systems (MAC OS is a plus) • Strong interpersonal and patient-service skills What We Offer: • $21–$23/hour starting pay (based on experience) • Quarterly Bonuses • Health Insurance • Retirement Plan Supportive, family-like team atmosphere with room to grow We care deeply about our patients and our staff.
