Senior Finance Business Partner, FP&A – Corporate FP&A We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Corporate FP&A team. This high-impact role will lead corporate financial processes, consolidate reporting, monitor key performance indicators, and build forward-looking models that guide strategic decisions across the organization. The position works closely with senior leadership to shape financial insights and long-term planning. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage dynamic 3-statement financial models and long-range forecasting tools • Lead monthly financial reviews and performance analytics • Develop executive- and board-level reports and presentations • Oversee budgeting and annual planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals • Monitor internal business drivers and macroeconomic trends to assess financial impact • Build pro-forma models and business cases to support growth initiatives • Develop complex driver-based financial models for scenario planning • Automate and improve reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency • Own and evolve the organization’s long-range corporate financial model Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 7 years in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or corporate development • Financial Modeling: Proven ability to build integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models • Communication: Skilled at synthesizing and presenting complex financial insights to senior executives • Technical Skills: Experience with financial planning and data tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Power BI, SQL) • Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial drivers and planning best practices • Personal Attributes: Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, results-driven, and calm under pressure • Project Management: Organized and capable of independently managing multiple initiatives About Associate Staffing At Associate Staffing, we connect exceptional talent with exceptional opportunity.
