Liberty Mechanical, LLC - Safety Manager We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Safety Manager to enhance our safety initiatives across our three companies. If you have a solid background in safety management within the construction sector—particularly in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing—this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As part of Ascension Property Services (APS), we belong to a nationwide network of specialty trade contractors with decades of experience in various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, manufacturing, and institutional fields. We are seeking an individual who shares our commitment to safety. In this role, you will lead safety protocols and prioritize the well-being of all employees involved in construction projects. Your leadership will ensure compliance and risk management while driving a culture of safety within the organization. SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $95,000/YEAR BENEFITS: • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance • Company-matched 401(k) • Life Insurance and Disability Coverage • Paid Holidays and Time Off QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field • Preferred OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety, OSHA 510, and OSHA 500 certifications • 7-10 years of experience in safety management within commercial construction • 5+ years in leadership roles concentrated on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing safety • Exceptional leadership and communication skills • Strong analytical capabilities for incident investigation • Proficiency in safety management software RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and execute safety policies and training programs • Ensure adherence to OSHA, NFPA, and other regulations through regular audits and documentation • Investigate incidents and implement effective corrective actions • Identify hazards and oversee risk mitigation strategies • Facilitate safety training and maintain certification records • Collaborate with project teams to engage employees in safety initiatives • Manage safety budgets and resource allocation • Conduct site visits and oversee safety equipment usage • Adapt to work in diverse weather conditions. Physical Requirements: • Ability to conduct site visits and navigate construction areas. • Ability to lift and carry safety equipment and materials as needed. • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
