Job Profile Summary: Supports and instructs those served by the department with complex queries, applies specialized knowledge of multiple standards, policies and procedures, and maintains accurate and detailed records. Job Description: Salary Range: $57,900 - $75,000 per year; DOE Job Description The Campus Engagement Manager reports to the Chief Network Engagement Officer and works collaboratively with the University Innovation Alliance (UIA) team to support campus engagement in UIA activities and initiatives, including development and execution of in-person convenings, orientation and support of new members, and ongoing relationship management. They will also provide daily administrative support to the Chief Network Engagement Officer. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of planning all aspects of in person and virtual events for multiple stakeholders, including the board, liaisons, and fellows attendees Strong knowledge of project management principles, change management practices, and techniques needed for large, complex projects. Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communications skills effective with a broad, diverse audience. Ability to use technology to support high quality student success initiatives. Ability to be highly effective while managing shifting internal expectations. Ability to prioritize and manage large amounts of information relevant to the work. Skill in designing training materials and presentations. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and establishing and facilitating work teams. Ability to work independently. Strong administrative management skills and experience supporting senior level executives in their day to day communication, prioritization of work and scheduling. Essential Duties Develops, plans and executes content and logistics for live and virtual event agendas such as convenings and retreats. Develops and maintains campus orientation materials. Supports timely orientation of new campus team members into the UIA community. Manages UIA website to ensure timely content and updates. Ensures all campuses are up to date on necessary agreements and contracts. Supports scale project management to ensure deliverables are met in grant agreements. Provides daily administrative support to the Chief Network Engagement Officer Other duties as needed and assigned based on UIA workflow. Desired Qualifications Experience developing strategies and workflow for executing complex projects and initiatives; ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Experience fostering partnerships and developing understanding of needs, issues, and problems across organizations and stakeholder groups Experience in planning and facilitating meetings and events. Experience establishing and delivering on organizational priorities. Experience providing executive administrative support Experience working in a membership services role is highly desired Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across a diversified population. Experience working effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities, sensitive/confidential information and short deadlines. Working Environment This position is a member of the UIA Central Team based at Arizona State University and will have a hybrid work schedule. Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate-controlled office setting subject to extended periods of being in a stationary position. Constantly detects and operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. Ability to clearly communicate and exchange accurate information to perform essential duties. Review of completed tasks; provides and reviews assigned work activities to team members for quality and achievement of set goals. Will require 25% domestic travel for this position.
