Dock Warehouse Supervisor : Bilingual Spanish Growing Transportation and Logistics company has an opening for an experienced Operations Supervisor / Lead / Dock Dispatcher with Last/Final Mile home delivery expertise. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in operations and logistics and proven supervisory and customer service skills, preferably in the Last and Final Mile segment. Clients: Various Home Furnishings - Home Decor Big Ticket Retailers Warehouse / Cross Dock Location: 9101 Tonnell Ave North Bergen NJ 07047 Industry: Transportation/ Furniture White Glove Delivery / 3PL Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday;, 12n- 8pm Job functions include: • Own the Loadout of Furniture / Mattress merchandise. • Helping manage load outs and returns process. • Dispatching and scheduling of daily routes and deliveries. • Supporting client expectations for all delivery services. • Ensuring safe and efficient operations. • Carrying out supervisory duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. • Ability to excel in fast-paced work environment. • Assisting the client and customer service in investigations and resolutions to customer issues. • Phone Dispatch: Two person (26') Box Truck Home Delivery Team and their customers.
