Full Description

Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain servers, networks, and cloud environments (Windows/Azure/Office 365). • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively. • Document IT processes, policies, and system configurations. • Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring minimal downtime. • Manage Active Directory (users, security groups, distribution lists). • Provide day-to-day support for workstations and end-user devices. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in IT administration or systems engineering. • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs). • Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure, O365). • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V Proxmox). • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with scripting (PowerShell) for automation. • Background in supporting hybrid work environments. • Strong time management and prioritization skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
