We are seeking a Mid to Senior-level Account Manager to join Approachable Systems. This role is primarily focused on managing and nurturing our existing client relationships within the professional services industry, with opportunities to support new business development. As the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of professional services clients, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and strategic account growth. You'll coordinate internal resources, oversee project delivery, and develop account strategies that align with client objectives and our firm's capabilities in marketing and operations consulting. Mid to senior-level experience in account management, client services, or consulting roles Understanding of professional services businesses and their unique marketing and operational challenges Proven track record of building strong, lasting client relationships and managing complex stakeholder dynamics Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strategic thinking capabilities with a consultative approach to problem-solving
