Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Executive to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human capital management, employment law, and workforce planning. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. The Human Resources Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions. Duties • Develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce management. • Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, orientation, performance management, and employee evaluation to promote engagement and retention. • Manage compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement efforts. • Administer benefits programs using HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro, Paychex, Dayforce, or Oracle HCM; ensure accurate data entry and reporting. • Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while fostering a positive work environment. • Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. • Conduct HR sourcing activities utilizing ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo; manage recruitment campaigns through social media management tools and other channels. • Support organization design initiatives including structure optimization and strategic planning efforts. • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain safety protocols across the organization. • Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, workforce analytics, and performance data for senior leadership review. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources management with expertise in human capital management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar platforms. • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning. • Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, recruiting (ATS), employee relations, performance management, training & development, and benefits administration. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive relationships at all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in HRIS systems including Workday, Oracle HCM, Kronos, Paylocity, or equivalent tools for data collection and workforce management. • Experience with project management methodologies to lead HR initiatives successfully. • Organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and contract management processes. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining strategic focus on organizational objectives. • Relevant educational background in Human Resources Management or related fields is preferred; professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus.
