Full Description

Role:-Technical Project Manager with Solid AI/Copilot Experience Duration:-Long Term Location:-Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, 2 days onsite) MUST HAVE:- Need Solid AI/Copilot Experience Job Description:- Responsibilities: Lead the enterprise rollout of Microsoft Copilot, including licensing, governance, user adoption strategy, and training coordination. Manage AI-related projects through full lifecycle, including planning, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and reporting. Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences. Drive training, demos, and adoption programs to help business groups integrate Copilot and AI use cases into daily workflows. Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical teams and business units. Identify and resolve project risks or roadblocks before they impact timelines. Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain project tracking using industry-standard tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s in CS, IT, MIS, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager supporting enterprise technology initiatives. Proven background delivering AI/ML or automation-related projects. Advanced, hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot (required). Strong understanding of AI technologies, models, and implementation strategies. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to executives and training end users. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools. Preferred: PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
