Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Process customer data to develop accurate bid responses using advanced Excel skills. · Provide support to the Marketing & Compliance Manager in Sales and Marketing activities, including: • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. • Assist with compliance initiatives, including managing customer representations and certifications. • Contribute to securing and maintaining long-term agreements (LTA) with customers. • Drive efforts to achieve high contract retention rates. • Support strategies to maximize corporate profitability. · Collaborate on short-term objectives and long-term strategic planning, including department planning · Reports directly to the Marketing & Compliance Manager. · Aid the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing when the Marketing & Compliance Manager is unavailable. · Collaborates with and supports Regional Sales Managers, Contract Managers, and Sales/Contract Representatives to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.
