Live What you will do The Patient Access and Reimbursement Vendor Operations Senior Manager (Above Brand) reports directly to the Patient Access and Reimbursement Vendor Director and serves as a critical liaison across Vendor contract teams, internal access operations, and strategic above-brand initiatives. This role is designed to enhance coordination, consistency, and performance across all Field Reimbursement and Access functions — ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide standards, tools, and KPIs. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational leadership, project management expertise, and analytical acumen to drive field excellence, standardization, and cross-team synergy. Align Dashboards, Metrics, KPIs, and MBOs: Establish and refine performance management frameworks (in partnership with data teams) that ensure consistent measurement and accountability across Vendor Field Reimbursement and Access teams. Vendor Coordination and Partnership Management: Lead and manage key vendor-related operational functions, including training programs, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Statements of Work (SOWs), contract alignment, and continuous improvement of partner collaboration. Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Drive large-scale projects tied to OneCRM, Hub, and Rules of Engagement initiatives — ensuring cohesive design, implementation, and adoption across multiple business units. Operational Standardization & Streamlining: Champion simplification and alignment efforts through internal partnerships to standardize critical processes (payer escalations, communications, field engagement models, templates, etc.), improving efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Lead the development and interpretation of analytics dashboards that provide insight into access performance and identify opportunities for process optimization. Business Planning & Communication: Support strategic planning and executive communications for field reimbursement initiatives, ensuring alignment across brand and above-brand teams. Governance and Compliance: Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Commercial Operations to ensure field tools, materials, and processes adhere to Amgen standards and industry regulations. What You Will Accomplish Deliver a unified and scalable operational framework for Vendors and internal field access teams. Improve visibility into performance through standardized KPIs and dashboards. Simplify and streamline cross-functional processes and templates. Drive successful implementation of OneCRM and Rules of Engagement frameworks across access organizations. Strengthen collaboration and communication between Amgen and Vendor leadership teams.
