We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team, where your evaluations will directly influence client investment strategies and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze investment performance data across various asset classes and strategies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and meaningful insights for clients. 2- Prepare comprehensive performance reports, including performance attribution, risk metrics, and benchmarks, tailored to the needs of our clients. 3- Collaborate with the investment team to provide insights on asset allocation, performance trends, and market conditions. 4- Identify and implement improvements in performance measurement processes and systems. 5- Respond to client inquiries regarding performance analysis and reporting. 6- Stay updated on the latest developments in performance analytics, investment strategies, and industry regulations. Qualifications: 1- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. 2- 2+ years of experience in investment performance analysis or a related financial role. 3- Strong knowledge of performance measurement standards (e.g., GIPS) and investment metrics. 4- Proficiency in performance analytics software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar). 5- Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with programming languages (Python, R) is a plus. 6- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 7- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. 8- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
