Full Description

Americolor is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer to design and improve our web experiences. This role includes creating visually compelling layouts, optimizing user experience, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a consistent and modern brand presence. Key Responsibilities • Create modern, responsive website layouts and landing pages • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Improve and update Americolor’s existing website design and user flow • Maintain strong brand consistency across all digital assets • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams • Optimize designs for usability, speed, and accessibility • Provide creative input for digital campaigns, graphics, and online assets • Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging tools Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a Web Designer (portfolio required) • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools • Experience designing responsive and mobile-first layouts • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms • Familiarity with SEO basics • Understanding of JavaScript (bonus) • Experience in e-commerce or product-driven web design Benefits • Competitive pay • Flexible work schedule • Growth opportunities within Americolor • Supportive and collaborative team environment • [Add health benefits, PTO, or other perks if applicable] Schedule • Monday to Friday • [Add remote/on-site expectations if needed] How to Apply Please submit your: • Resume • Portfolio link (required) 7.
