Position Description: Strategic Accounts Sales Director is responsible for developing and managing strategic account Business with large retailers. This role focuses on attaining budgeted sales objectives established for the Strategic Account segment of the annual business plan. Key Responsibilities Maintain a policies and procedures manual to guide business processes with customers. Communicate strategies with individual Strategic Account customers to Distribution Center Sales Personnel. Negotiate and execute contracts with assigned Strategic Accounts. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for sales growth at each customer. Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers within each customer’s business. Collaborate with customers and internal departments to automate and simplify business processes. Build customer loyalty through strong partnerships. Lead and manage internal marketing programs. Develop an annual business plan for Strategic Accounts. Identify potential new customers and schedule visits for new business development.
