We are seeking a Business Intelligence Program Manager to lead analytics strategy, reporting development, and data integration efforts for large, complex client environments. This role blends hands-on technical capability with executive-level communication and program oversight. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing SQL queries as they are presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. You will partner closely with clients to understand their systems, processes, and operational challenges; propose data-driven solutions; develop reporting architectures; and oversee the successful buildout of dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics workflows. This is a high-visibility, impact-oriented position suitable for someone who can think strategically, execute technically, and guide clients through analytics transformation. Key Responsibilities Analytics Strategy & Program Leadership • Serve as the primary analytics advisor for client organizations, understanding their systems and business processes to identify gaps and propose data-driven improvements. • Develop end-to-end reporting strategies, including requirements gathering, dashboard release timelines, data mapping, and platform recommendations. • Oversee the lifecycle of Power BI dashboards and reporting products—from concept to rollout to ongoing optimization. • Manage analytics projects, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations. Technical Analytics & Reporting • Build sophisticated Power BI dashboards using SQL-based data models, DAX calculations, and complex dataset relationships. • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries across various enterprise systems. • Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs. • Evaluate client data sources and identify the best method for integrating systems into unified reporting environments. Data Integration & Architecture • Lead or support data integration workflows between ERP systems, project management platforms, scheduling tools, and other client applications. • Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable data pipelines and secure reporting environments. • Document data flows, business logic, and integration specifications. Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication • Present analytical findings, dashboards, and process improvement recommendations to client leadership and project stakeholders. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. • Provide ongoing support, training, and coaching to end users and client teams. • Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to build trust in high-level settings. Qualifications Required • 5–10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields. • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and enterprise-scale dashboard design). • Strong SQL experience (ability to build and debug complex queries). • Demonstrated experience leading analytics programs, reporting initiatives, or data integration efforts. • Strong understanding of systems, processes, and operational workflows within large organizations. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to executive stakeholders. • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Preferred • Background in construction, engineering, utilities, capital projects, or related project-driven industries. • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), project management tools, asset management systems, or scheduling applications.
