AIG invests in its people through continuous learning, development, and a culture of inclusion, supported by Employee Resource Groups, volunteer programs, and comprehensive Total Rewards offerings. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Strategic Initiatives & Administration function within the Global Legal, Compliance & Regulatory (GLCR) Service Delivery team, serving as advisor to the Head of GLCR Service Delivery. - Lead a team of project managers to drive strategic initiatives across GLCR and an administrative manager to deliver a seamless employee and business support experience. - Manage a program portfolio of projects to ensure consistency, transparency, and outcome-level oversight of GLCR strategic initiatives. - Lead Enterprise Resiliency activities for GLCR, including business interruption and incident management response support and leading refreshes of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP). - Serve as the primary point of contact for business interruption notifications, lead incident response for GLCR, and support incident management response processes to provide business and staff impact status. - Serve as lead for GLCR employee experience, including real estate management, partnering closely with the Business Services team. - Manage GLCR subscriptions to ensure cost efficiency, strategic alignment, and fulfillment of staff needs. - Provide general business support and collaborate across Service functions to deliver a cohesive financial and technical experience. - Lead talent and staffing coordination activities including onboarding, offboarding, licensure management, and asset management. - Craft and support delivery of executive communications and drive a culture of change management across the organization. - Oversee business support, facilities and office management, and executive communications for GLCR, coordinating with other Service Delivery functions. ## Required Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years of project management experience within professional services, consulting, a corporate legal department, or other legal services environment. - Experience using formal project management and process improvement tools and techniques. - Proven track record as a process-driven, strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive change without direct authority. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - BA or equivalent experience (Master's degree is a plus). ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience in legal, financial, or insurance services strongly preferred. - PMP and/or Six Sigma certification highly desired. - Experience delivering results in large, global, corporate environments. - Master's degree considered a plus. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: Not specified in the job posting. - Benefits include AIG's Total Rewards Program focused on health, wellbeing, financial security, and professional development. - Additional benefits and programs mentioned: Volunteer Time Off, Matching Grants Programs, and other standard employee benefits. ## Additional Information - Work arrangement: AIG emphasizes in-person collaboration and asks team members to be primarily in the office. - Office location: 2002 Summit Boulevard NE, Atlanta, GA. - Functional area: Operations (OP). - AIG is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities; accommodation requests can be sent to candidatecare@aig.com.
