Nurse Supervisor-RN Unit Manager Qualifications: • Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college • Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia • Experience in long-term care preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals • Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions • Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility • Ability to make independent decisions
