About the position Responsibilities • Create and review internal and external communications content, including talking points, memos, presentations, Amex Newsroom posts, research papers, awards submission, Slack and social posts, and stories for the company intranet (The Square). • Provide sound counsel and manage sensitive issues and reputational risks, including in-bound media inquiries. • Lead colleague communications for the Credit and Fraud Risk team, which would include internal amplification of the team's work, organizational announcements, enterprise initiatives, and control management communications. • Collaborate with senior leaders, communication colleagues and other cross-functional partners across the company. • Help oversee and manage public relations agency.
