Amentum is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager for a large-scale contract operated in the Washington, DC metro area to consolidate and modernize IT, cybersecurity, and network services across all 50 states and territories. The NOC Network Engineer shall provide subject matter expertise in network administration, network support, management, switching, and routing to ensure smooth functioning of the network for business needs. The Enterprise Operations Manager shall provide subject matter expertise in network administration, network support, management, switching, and routing to ensure smooth functioning of the network for business needs. We are pipelining candidates for a future contract award. The candidate will perform the following duties: • Operates, maintains, and configures all network engineering assigned hardware and software associated with classified and unclassified network infrastructures including routers, switches, firewalls, and other technological infrastructure. • Accomplishes Cyber Security related tasks/requirements. • Maintains 100% network device compliance • Configures and maintains network management platforms and monitors data on the network to provide troubleshooting & daily review of audits/logs. • Prepares and submits status reports, technical reports, procedures (operational and maintenance) to management and customers. • Tracks and ensures status reporting on day-to-day and project level activities. • Participates in the Organization's Configuration Management Plan for all hardware and software relevant to customer networks including preparation for System Change Requests (SCR) as required for applicable supported devices. • Interfaces and coordinates with Management, team members, and the customer to assure mutual awareness of network development(s), security posture, compliance/non-compliance, and overall system status. • Document work performed and document and maintain network engineering documentation related to inventory, topology, design, test plans, projects, and implementation planning. • Performs other duties as required. Required Qualifications: • A minimum of five years of experience managing a global WAN. • Possess any active Cisco-Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) certification. • Possess the appropriate certifications to achieve DoDM 8140.03 qualification requirements for the DCWF work role 441 at the advanced level. • Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: • A minimum of ten years of relevant IT experience including a minimum of five years of Network Engineering and Operations Enterprise experience. • Possess an active Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) certification with a focus in Enterprise Infrastructure. • Possess an ITIL® 4 Foundation certification with the Managing Professional Framework or higher. Compensation and Benefits Hiring salary range is $175k-$204K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
