The role involves managing client onboarding and support to ensure an excellent product experience, working closely with clients and external parties throughout the deployment process. Responsibilities • Leading product deployment at the executive level within a wide variety of organizations and deployment types, from single sites to national rollouts • Managing onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients • Ensuring clients have a fantastic product experience throughout their journey • Assisting clients in deploying their system • Working with multiple departments within their organization, as well as external parties such as electrical installers and local law enforcement • Conducting a live fire test of the system with local police to fully prove out the system capabilities Skills • Bachelor’s Degree with technical qualifications • Min 2+ years business to business client services experience • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Willingness to travel up to 5 days per month Company Overview • Detect Gunshots | Inform Law Enforcement | Empower First Responders It was founded in 2015, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
