Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AmberBox is the industry leader in gunshot detection and response technology, seeking a Project Manager to lead product deployment across various organizations. The role involves managing client onboarding and support to ensure an excellent product experience, working closely with clients and external parties throughout the deployment process. Responsibilities • Leading product deployment at the executive level within a wide variety of organizations and deployment types, from single sites to national rollouts • Managing onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients • Ensuring clients have a fantastic product experience throughout their journey • Assisting clients in deploying their system • Working with multiple departments within their organization, as well as external parties such as electrical installers and local law enforcement • Conducting a live fire test of the system with local police to fully prove out the system capabilities Skills • Bachelor’s Degree with technical qualifications • Min 2+ years business to business client services experience • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Willingness to travel up to 5 days per month Company Overview • Detect Gunshots | Inform Law Enforcement | Empower First Responders It was founded in 2015, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
