Commission-Only SDR (Remote – Peru) 100% Remote | Peru-Based Candidates Only | High-Ticket Commissions About Altea Talent Altea Talent is a boutique US-focused recruitment firm specializing in Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring. We partner with American startups and growing companies that need high-impact revenue talent quickly and efficiently. We are currently expanding our outbound team and looking for a SDR to support our business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, wants full flexibility, and is motivated by high-ticket commissions. Responsibilities As an SDR, you will manage the full outbound motion to generate new client opportunities: • Identify and prospect US-based startups hiring GTM roles • Add leads, companies, and opportunities into our CRM • Engage decision makers and send targeted messages • Make daily outreach cold calls to open conversations • Book intro calls between qualified leads and leadership • Maintain organized follow-ups and tasks Requirements • Must be based in Peru • 6+ months experience in sales, outbound calling, SDR, telemarketing, or similar • Comfortable with KPIs, high-volume outreach and cold calling • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Self-driven, disciplined, and consistent • Excellent communication skills • Strong English skills Nice to Have • Experience with HubSpot or any CRM • Previous B2B outbound sales experience • Familiarity with US startups What We Offer • Fully remote role (work from anywhere) • High earning potential through high-ticket commissions • AI tools and message templates for efficient outreach • Clear playbook, structure, and onboarding • Fast, supportive leadership access Hiring Process • English video presentation • Online assessment • Final interview with the CEO Only resumes in English will be considered.
