JOB TITLE: Creative Services Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Envision Department SUPERVISOR: Senior Director of Envision – Danielle Kemp LOCATION: Remote, Southern CA Preferred POSITION TYPE: Staff Position WORK HOURS: 20-25 hours a week PURPOSE OF JOB: The Creative Services Coordinator supports the Envision team by developing clear, compelling, and mission-aligned content across digital and visual channels. This role creates and edits written materials, produces simple graphics and visual assets, and maintains organized content systems that help communicate the message with clarity and consistency. Working closely with the Marketing and Events teams, the Coordinator ensures alignment across platforms and contributes to thoughtful, well-executed communication for Envision initiatives, including, but not limited to, events, resources, and ongoing ministry projects. RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Content Development & Communications Support Write, edit, and prepare content for Envision initiatives, including website copy, event pages, emails, social media posts, agendas, promotional materials, and presentations. Ensure all communication aligns with Alpha USA’s tone, heart for the local church, and consistent brand language. Create simple graphics, visual assets, and presentation materials using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools within Alpha’s brand guidelines. Coordinate general and targeted communications via email, CMS tools, or social channels Maintain organized digital files, creative assets, and content libraries for team-wide access and use. Collaboration Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Events teams to ensure that campaigns, messaging, and event content are aligned and cohesive across platforms. Stay current on social trends, emerging platforms, and timely cultural or denominational conversations that inform thoughtful and relevant communication. Support internal teams by offering clear, consistent content that strengthens Envisions message and mission impact and goals. Event Content & Digital Platform Support Help build and maintain event registration pages, forms, websites and communication workflows using event or CMS platforms (Blackthorn, or similar - training available). Assist with digital updates to event pages or portals as schedules, speaker details, or logistics change. Create and provide on-site event resources and materials, including name badges, signage, booklets, flyers, and other items as needed. Ensure that content and communication align with overall event goals, schedules, and guest experience. Collaborate with the event owner to create cohesive participant journeys from first touchpoint through event completion (remote support—travel not required). Work within the provided budgets. ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and in alignment with Alpha’s voice. Experience creating or coordinating content for digital platforms. Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms. Experience using event or content platforms (Blackthorn - training available). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment; self-driven, reliable, and able to prioritize well. Able to collaborate well with Marketing, Communications, and Events teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). Experience with project/task management tools such as Monday.com. Ability to manage and track budgets and expenses.
