For over 73 years, we have been a leader in the supplemental benefits industry, and as we grow, we are looking for individuals with ambitious goals to join our team. About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the connection between our company and customers, providing valuable benefits solutions. We offer a structured career path, with opportunities for advancement into management within 60-90 days, based on performance. No cold calling or soliciting required—our public relations team works with over 44,000 groups across North America to provide pre-qualified leads. Compensation & Benefits: • Paid weekly (1st year average: $70,000 - $75,000) • Bonuses based on performance • Health insurance reimbursement • Life insurance • Retirement plan • Full training provided – No experience necessary! Key Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate benefits solutions. • Maintain transparency and honesty in all client interactions. • Develop and refine sales skills through company-provided training. • Manage time effectively to meet sales goals and customer expectations. • Work closely with the team to achieve company objectives Qualifications & Requirements: • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Basic computer proficiency. • Positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic. • Ability to take direction and apply coaching feedback. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Must pass a background check. • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
