They will be responsible for answering incoming calls and coordinating communication between caller and company employees, with various administrative duties as assigned. Key responsibilities include : • Strong Customer Service Skills • Greet all customers in a professional manner • Answer multi telephone lines in the first three rings • Faxing/photocopying/filing • Processing vehicle liens • Data entry • Interact with DMV frequently • Process DMV forms efficiently • Communication with Public Agencies Qualifications and Experience: • 1 year office experience is required • 1 year Customer Service experience is required • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, strong attention to detail, well organized and multi-tasking skills a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel • Must be punctual and dependable • Strong work ethic/customer service skills • Perform a wide variety of clerical, administrative duties in support of day-to-day operations • Valid California Driver's License • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Expected Hours: M-F 9:00AM - 6:00PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
