As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas within the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized access. Report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs observed during patrols to appropriate personnel. Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors by providing directions or information as requested. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to maintain a secure environment within the location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
