As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while supporting smooth operations. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Screen individuals entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity, with working environments and conditions varying by site. Complete reports and maintain logs of observations, incidents, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines. Work collaboratively with site personnel and visitors, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
