As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the premises to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the property while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both the business interior and perimeter. • Observe for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. • Assist in maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activity within the logistics and distribution environment. • Document security-related incidents and complete required reports accurately and promptly. • Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment for personnel and property. Minimum Requirements: • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. • Customer service experience is preferred. • Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred. • Guard card or license is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
