We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support our office team with clerical, data entry, and project administration tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Position Summary The Administrative Assistant provides essential office support, including filing, data entry, document processing, and project setup. This role also assists with payroll checks, invoice documentation, and general administrative tasks. This position offers hands-on experience in construction office administration with opportunities to grow as part of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems • Assist with data entry, updating project databases, and general recordkeeping • Support project setup, documentation, and closeout • Assist with invoice package preparation (HCE, Trust Fund, CPR, etc.) • Support daily and weekly payroll checks and initial processing • Provide general office support, including monthly audits and special projects These responsibilities involve a mix of clerical tasks, administrative support, and project coordination assistance.
