Full Description

Responsibilities: • Greets all visitors and manages front desk including answering of office phone and switchboard. • Mail PPE supplies to employees as needed • Serves as a resource and a point of contact for office projects, supply needs and other office needs. • Provides ongoing training and support to caregivers using EVV system. • Responsible for mail distribution and other duties regarding outgoing and incoming mail • Provide clerical support when needed, including copying, scanning, filing, faxing, and mailing documents • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and employee orientations • Demonstrates good judgment when prioritizing various project and assignments. • In accordance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act), understands and displays confidentiality of employee and client personal and/or health information. • Motivates caregivers to report to work prepared and on time. • Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES • Minimum qualifications include High School diploma and 2-4 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a health care organization preferred. • Strong written and oral communications; and ability to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment. • Excellent computer skills required. • Excellent customer service skills, telephone skills, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude and demeanor. • Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and establish and maintain effective working relationships. Must be a team-player. Must have ability to motivate and develop staff. • Ability to handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work setting using technology-based programs and platforms; perform simple accounting procedures; and maintain effective recordkeeping system. • Ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and frequent heavy workloads which may require work outside of normal business hours. • Must have exemplary organizational and time management skills. • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
