Your Role As an APS Security Site Supervisor, you will: Serve as shift supervisor for a very active area. Maintain site patrol routes and post orders. Assist in scheduling. Train armed security officers Conduct foot patrols to monitor assigned areas. Understanding and implementing policy and procedure when incidents and emergencies occur. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions; maintain a positive and professional working relationship with the client. Read/Write detailed incident reports and stay familiar with our reporting systems. Oversee a team of Armed Security Officers What We're Looking For To qualify as a Security Officer, candidates must: Be at least 18 years old. Hold a valid Utah Armed security guard license. Hold a valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record. Pass a background check. Have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to meet grooming and professional appearance standards needed for client-facing positions. Great observation and attention to detail.
