Salary Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour About the Company: All Area Realty Services has over 43 years of experience providing a wide range of management services to cooperatives and condominiums. Our portfolio spans Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk). Offices Located: Floral Park, Long Island Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Temp-On-Site Administrative Assistant to support Managers, Finance, and Reception staff. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, self-motivated, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Draft, revise, proofread, and process documents • Schedule and coordinate calendar requests • Handle requests and queries appropriately • Manage confidential matters with discretion • Conduct research and complete additional projects as needed • Answer phones, provide information, take messages, and direct calls • Distribute mail and act as the first point of contact for visitors • Provide copying, faxing, and mailing support • Compile documents for reports, informational packages, and presentations • Maintain departmental filing and tracking systems • Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments, including coordinating materials, site reservations, catering, attendance confirmations, and addressing questions or issues Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills • Excellent judgment and problem-solving ability • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Customer service experience (1 year preferred) • Ability to commute to Long Island Floral Park, plan to relocate before starting
