A fast-growing, mission-driven company at the intersection of retail and technology is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is a great opportunity to work with a high-caliber leadership team and play a critical role in a business redefining its industry, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner, managing an intense and dynamic calendar, facilitating internal and external communications, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed seamlessly. You’ll be expected to bring exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and poise under pressure. The position is located mid-Peninsula, is in-office 5 days/week, and salary is up to $200K plus bonus. Requirements: • MINIMUM 15 YEARS of experience, and MUST HAVE at least 10 years directly supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced or high-growth environment • Demonstrated longevity in prior support roles • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and expenses • Strong communication skills and a track record of handling confidential information with discretion • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage shifting priorities with speed and accuracy • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack • Strong judgment and decision-making skills • Bachelor’s degree required • Availability to work onsite five days a week
