Personal Assistant for a Growing Art Studio Remote Position Full Time Monday to Friday Albert Levi Art Studio is looking for the next right hand of the gallery. A committed, warm, sharp, and talented personal assistant who will grow with the brand and support every part of our international work. This role is for someone who wants stability, purpose, and a long term place to build something meaningful. About the Artist and the Studio Albert Levi is an Israeli contemporary artist whose work reaches thousands of homes across the United States, Canada, and Israel. The studio creates original paintings, limited editions, and fine art prints. We operate exhibitions, ship worldwide, manage multiple online stores, and work with suppliers, collectors, and organizations. The pace is fast, emotional, and exciting. About the Role Remote position, six to eight hours a day, Monday to Friday. This role supports the entire heartbeat of the studio. Your responsibilities will include Warm and thoughtful customer service Daily communication with clients and collectors Managing online orders, returns, and logistics Working with suppliers, printers, and shipping partners Updating and maintaining Shopify, Etsy, and website platforms Creating and scheduling social media content Supporting digital marketing tasks Managing inboxes, calendars, and small projects Using ChatGPT and AI tools to create content, organize information, and optimize workflow Helping the artist with daily operations and long term plans What We Are Looking For Someone with a naturally warm and human communication style Someone who understands people and cares about service Someone who is organized, reliable, and emotionally intelligent Someone who learns fast and has strong technical ability Someone with experience in online stores, e commerce, or digital sales Someone comfortable with tools like Shopify, Canva, Meta pages, and online dashboards Someone who works well independently and can manage multiple tasks Someone who can use AI tools with ease and creativity Someone who is excited to be part of building a growing international art brand Requirements Strong written and spoken English Comfort working remotely with discipline and ownership Customer service experience Ability to manage online platforms Tech confidence and fast learning Positive energy with a problem solving mindset Any background in marketing, sales, operations, or social media is an advantage If you want to take part in something meaningful and help build a studio that is growing every month, we would love to hear from you.
