Primary Skills: Project Management (Expert), Supply Chain (Expert), SAP (Expert), Tableau (Expert), Product Launch (Proficient), Contract Type: Contract Duration: 3 Months with possible extension Location: Southfield MI (Onsite) Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00 Per Hour Job Summary: This role entails ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle production by managing material and part flow efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, optimizing logistics, and maintaining inventory levels while aiming to reduce costs and improve sustainability. The position offers high visibility with leadership, acknowledges contributions significantly, and presents a high likelihood of transitioning to a full-time employee, alongside diverse daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients. • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. • Ensure efficient, reliable flow of materials and parts needed for vehicle production, from sourcing to delivery. Must-Have Skills: • Minimum 2 years experience with SAP. • Minimum 2 years experience with Tableau. • Minimum 2 years experience with Excel. Industry Experience Required: • Experience in the Automotive industry is a key requirement for this role, particularly familiarity with manufacturing processes and new product launch experience.
