Primary Skills: Scheduling (Expert), Administration (Advanced), Prioritization (Advance), Discretion (Expert), Collaboration (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ months Location: Redwood City, CA Pay Range: $40 - $42 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are in search of a talented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, showcasing their ability to be resourceful, maintain a customer service mentality, and possess outstanding attention to detail. This role requires excellent organizational, communication skills, and the agility to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize executive calendars and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple time zones. • Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal or external colleagues, developing fruitful relationships. • Foster collaborative relationships with other Executive Assistants to streamline company-wide efficiency. • Oversee the preparation and management of expense reports and purchase orders, including invoice approvals. • Organize meetings, produce relevant materials, take distributed notes, and follow up on action items, alongside planning and executing special events and projects. Must-Have Skills: • Exceptional organizational skills • Outstanding communication abilities • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Industry Experience: Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or dynamic professional environment is essential.
