Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to restore operations quickly • Install, align, and test new machinery following technical specifications and safety standards • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems • Maintain accurate maintenance records and support predictive maintenance initiatives • Conduct quality checks, complete regulatory paperwork, and adhere to company procedures • Follow OSHA, FAA, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in aviation maintenance preferred. • 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including turbine and piston engines. • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals • Skilled in use of precision tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialized instruments • Strong understanding of FAA regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety policies Jasleen Kaur jasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.com Ajulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
