What We’re Looking For We need a Certified RV Service Technician who is passionate about delivering precision work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to learning and growing within our company. You will be part of a team that values quality, reliability, and accountability. Your Role • Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, and structural components • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documenting all service work • Repair and maintain RV appliances, slide-outs, awnings, and mechanical systems with precision • Install accessories such as hitches, satellite dishes, and other aftermarket products • Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide expert guidance • Keep your work area organized, safe, and professional at all times • Ensure all work aligns with manufacturer specifications and safety standards • Continuously learn, improve, and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction What Success Looks Like • You are dependable and take pride in every detail of your work • You thrive under pressure and maintain precision in a fast-paced environment • You are self-motivated and take initiative to solve problems and help the team • You are collaborative, respectful, and positively impact those around you • You embrace growth and training opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge Qualifications • RVDA/RVIA Certification or equivalent preferred • Minimum 1 year of RV service experience preferred but not required • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team • Commitment to accuracy, reliability, and high-quality workmanship • Valid driver’s license required Physical Requirements This role requires climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, driving, lifting up to 150 lbs with assistance, crawling, squatting, stretching, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
