Maintain and configure the applicant tracking system, create reports, lead integrations, optimize processes, and support end users.
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience, preferably with Fountain or other ATS, expert knowledge, and ability to lead projects and mentor others.
The HRIS Analyst maintains and organizes human resources information within the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role is primarily responsible for supporting Aimbridge Hospitality's applicant tracking system, Fountain. This includes configuration, report writing, troubleshooting, interface development and other supporting tasks. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS: • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of experience. • Experience with Fountain or other ATS/Onboarding systems is preferred. • Performs work with a high degree of latitude. • Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter. • Collaborates with other members of the team on projects. • May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Designs and maintains ATS in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs. • Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the ATS. • Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports. • Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision- making. • Works closely with company stakeholders on the development and implementation of new ATS configuration. • Leads projects for integrations into ATS and other systems. • Optimizes ARS processes, tests and implements upgrades and troubleshoots issues. • Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed PROPERTY INFORMATION: At Aimbridge, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
