Job Description We are seeking a Lab Efficiency Specialist to deliver workflow consultancy across the United States, with a primary focus on the East Coast. This role supports the Americas Field Organization Healthcare Diagnostics team in their mission to protect and expand existing partnerships while contributing to the development of new ones. You will work closely with clinical laboratories to assess current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design optimized solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and prepare labs for future growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site workflow assessments to evaluate current state operations. Provide remote/virtual workflow consultations for clients. Analyze instrument run-log data and recorded operational metrics. Deliver customer presentations highlighting observations and proposed solutions. Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and certification strongly preferred. Experience in clinical diagnostic technical support is an asset. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. In the US, this position is eligible for reimbursement for personal vehicle usage. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $137,850.00 - $229,750.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
