Job Description Reporting to the Head of Global Executive Recruitment, the Associate Executive Recruitment Partner plays a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and on-boarding, doing so with a high level of autonomy. This role leads end-to-end searches as a key member of Agilent’s Global Executive Recruitment team. This highly visible and strategic role partners with HRBPs, Executive level leaders, and other Centers of Excellence within Agilent to successfully recruit the leaders who will shape the future of the company. This role also engages and manages Executive Search firm relationships to drive process and deliver successful engagement results. Key Responsibilities: Drive process excellence • Develops search strategy and manages its execution; provides industry, market, and company insights to hiring leaders and process stakeholders. • Supports creating position specifications in collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs • Identifies top tier candidates through multiple sourcing avenues, and assessment methods to access top-tier talent pools. • Conducts persuasive candidate outreach, to engage often passive talent, conduct in-depth interviews and thorough assessments of executive candidates to evaluate qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and cross-functional collaboration. • Executes a consistent, disciplined process that improves speed, quality of hire, and stakeholder experience. • Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and objectives while maintaining agility in execution. • Present comprehensive candidate reports and recommendations to senior leadership. • Collaborate in the development of competitive executive offers in partnership with the Total Rewards center of excellence. Executive Partnership • Partners closely with senior leadership, build credibility, and provide advice to influence decisions using talent market insights and data. • Develop subject matter expertise in Life Sciences, Diagnostics and Applied markets across multiple functional areas with a global scope. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and hiring managers, providing thought leadership on all aspects of the executive search process. • Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy and organizational culture to align talent acquisition efforts with company goals. • Offer strategic insights into market dynamics, competitor activity, and compensation trends. Candidate Relationship Management • The Associate Executive Recruitment Partner is accountable for delivering exceptional candidate experience to build and maintain long-term relationships with potential executive candidates, ensuring positive and engaging recruiting experience. • Lead the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding. • Coordinate executive-level interactions including C-suite meetings, site visits, and strategic conversations that authentically showcase Agilent’s mission and culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition • Proven track record of developing and executing search strategies and influencing senior stakeholders. • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and design practical solutions. • Deep knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition. • Excellent communication skills, relationship-building ability, and executive presence. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $114,080.00 - $213,900.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
